Walk-ins are welcome when space allows. We recommend booking ahead so we can reserve your preferred treatment and time.
You will be welcomed by our team, guided through the treatment options, and invited to share any preferences, sensitivities, or areas you want us to focus on.
We provide the necessary attire for your treatment, including robes and slippers. Your comfort, privacy, and boundaries are always respected.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us make the time available to another guest.
We use quality products across our treatments. Please tell your therapist about allergies, sensitivities, or current skin concerns before your service begins.
